CANCELLATION POLICY

This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for: • No-shows • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment You are given a 10-minute grace period to arrive and be ready in the suite. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be marked as a no-show. PLEASE NOTE: Any deposit paid DOES NOT go toward covering a no-show or late cancellation fee. The fee is separate and will still be charged if the cancellation policy is violated. If you cancel ahead of the 24-hour window or show up on time, no fee will be charged. All completed appointments must be paid in full at the time of service.
